The ceo was Carlton DEWayne Dunko along with Frank Steffy an attorney in Tampa Fl. The new company LOCAL REFERRAL SERVICES 505 East Jackson Street Suite 300 Tampa FL 33602 has already ripped off its employees by bouncing checks and not paying them the second check due and are still calling innocent homeowners in Georgia, Tennesse, South Carolina and Ohio.
