I placed an order in June. Some things were on back order and that was fine they let you know right away. I still had some time to finish my bathroom before I got company for the summer. I would go in a check order status. On June 23 I saw that the border for the bathroom was in stock and reserved. I emailed and requested it be sent, they replied and said I would receive it in 7-10 days. Ok. I kept checking order status, in stock and reserved, not shipped. I emailed again they said they were sorry and would release it right away I should receive it in 7-10 days. I kept checking, in stock and reserved, not shipped. I kept emailing saying I needed the border to kind of finish the bathroom, the other things or back order no problem, the border was the problem. Now I get an email saying it will not be shipped until sometime in August. Meanwhile, my company is arriving to a bathroom that is a mess waiting on border. What happened to in stock and reserved, and then twice it was to be shipped immediately?
