On December 01 I requested a part for replacement on my Sears Washer. The first thing that came to my house was the inside door glass. The bill has listed one frame at $157.88 and one door glass worth $90.55. The only thing that arrived to my house was the door glass.
Labor performed - Protection agreement Bezel / Frame $121.00
Total Labor $121.00
No work was done after the technician saw the wrong part was delivered.
Total parts was $248.36
Since this was the wrong glass no work was done.
I hope somebody wasn't billed for this.
On December 15 correct part was ordered. The bill states two frames with the same part number valued at $157.88 each and one door-glass valued at $90.55. Total billed $406.31.
No frames came to the house, only the door-glass came to the house. This was received cracked.
Labor performed - Protection Agreement
Bezel/Frame $121.00
Total Labor $121.00
I hope no one had to pay for these parts.
No work was performed.
On December 22 two frames with the same part number were billed at $157.88 and one door-glass was billed at $90.55. Only the door-glass was delivered. I watched the repair man and there was no new door frame installed.
Labor performed - Protection Agreement
Bezel/Frame $121.00
Total labor $121.00
Total billing $436.76
At this time the technicial took back the first door glass.
The protection agreement was charged for 5 frames, None of which were ever delivered. Someone was ripped off big time.
The protection agreement was also billed for service three times and work was only done one time.
I appears that the Sears Home Services have dishonest people working for them or else they have money to burn!!!
