I needed 2 grids for my DE pool filter and brought the old one in. Whatever was on the shelves was not a perfect fit so I brought it up front to someone who appeared to know his business. After trying to convice me that the wrong size grids would work, the employee went to the back and brought out the exact replacements I needed... Numbers matched and so did the intake ports. I am happy to have the grids but what if I wasn't a savvy consumer? What then?
