I have used Dans services to restore my pool, only to end up paying him money for what can only be described as shoddy job, my pool filtering system that he installed was leeking, paint in my pool was chipping everywhere, my deck paint job was not fully finnished, chemicals he promised to put in the pool for me were never used and I couldn't get a hold of him, for weeks, e-mails went unansvered an finally after almost 2 months I sent him a message that I will file complains with BBB, on internet blogs and craigs list (that he uses so often to solicit his next victim). He doesn't seem to care about his reputation. Several people posted their coments about Dan on craigslist and they are not pretty. I also found out that his public records show him as a frequent flier at the local courts for number of infractions. All in all I would recomend avoiding his services like a plague.in summary, bad service, wasted money and tons of cigarette butts left on my property which he assured my he would clean up befor the job was all done. Please be very careful with this individual. I hope this post helps many of you to avoid my fate.
