Sullivan's Handyman Service... Phoenix 85022
Bradley sullivan, has started 3 projects at our home in Phoenix and completed NONE. Projects included: roof, kitchen repair and exterior stucco and painting.
1. Roof. The roof has leaks. He has made 1 trip in an attempt to repair his mistakes he made. Still, the roof remains the same from the job day it was started - it STILL leaks.
2. Kitchen repair. Molding strips around and over cabinets were never applied. His excuse..."I cant match the wood stain"
3. Exterior stucco / paint. This is just awful!
We have asked Brad Sullivan over and over to please come back and finish the work. After multiple voice messages and text were made, we GAVE UP!
We regret ever using his services.
