I purchased a set of mattresses from Mr. Phillips in April 09. Around Christmas I noticed the cover was coming apart on the underneath side. I contacted Mr. Phillips and sent him pictures at his request and he said he would get with the manufacture and get back with me. I didn't hear back from him so on Feb. 2 I emailed him and ask him if he had heard anything yet. He replied back on Feb. 5 and said he sent the pictures to the manufacture and he would get back to me. Feb. 9 I emailed him again to see what he was going to do and he emailed me back on Feb. 12 and said he hadn't heard back from them but it takes a few weeks and he would get back to me. On March 2 I emailed him again and told him it had been over a month and I didn't understand what was taking so long. I told him to give me the manuf. Number and I would call them myself that the mattress was under warrenty and I needed something done.
