I ordered 2 mosquito nets online on January 7th for a missions trip I am taking in February. After 2 weeks passed and still no package, I went on line to track the parcel. As of January 20th it still said it was processing. I emailed countless times, tried the phone numbers (not in service). Finally, Feb 1st I looked up the company (ARIS) to see if it was a scam. Sure enough there were 9 other people who ordered products, did not receive them and were unable to get through on the phone numbers or emails.
