Please don't purchase from Ryland Homes. They're of low quality, nor remain behind their item. For that amount of cash I settled, I deserve better. The home floods everytime it rains. Color is of low-grade. Rug is inexpensive. Drywall cracks. AC and share pump have experienced to become changed and fixed. Electric breakers have gone bad already. Sprinkler system doesn't work. Ground is irregular creating changed hardwood to break over and over. I've not existed in my own house 3yrs. However but have experienced a number of issues not anticipated from the new house. I've regretted purchasing this house and desire to alert others to not create exactly the same error I did so.
