* I began to get quotes from contractors for demolition in preparation for rebuilding my house. The Dura Clean crew saw that this was happening called the sales rep, project manager (Dan). I got a call from Dan asking soon after asking what I was doing. I explained I was getting quotes for demo and for rebuilding the house. He became noticeably agitated from the sound of his voice and asked me stay at the house; he would be there in 30 to 45minutes.
