Defective bed and complaints about warranty information Customer Service, nationwide

I purchased a bed from sleepys, i have now had the bed for approx. 8 months i have sagging in the middle of my premium mattress in which i paid $2400.00 for with a 15year non-pro rated warrenty. I also purchased a $100.00 mattress cover in which the sales man told me would protect my bed from all liquids and that this would ensure my protection with my warranty.

They sent an independant contractor out to report the problems with the bed. They say i have a stain on my bed and that this voids all warranty on my premium bed that i purchased from them. No help from them at customer service and no help from the mattress cover company since i did not know where my "stain " came from. I think a stain is something that will not come out. I noticed that i do have what appears to have been a water mark on my pillow top. Still they will not send anyone for any reason out for my bed.

They are not helpful nor do they care. If i had known this was going to be a problem i would not have purchased from them and their half informed coverage in which i did not receive even at the store.

I would not purchase any type of bedding from this corporation. I will still continue to keep up on my situation if i get no results i will file a claim in the courts.
