Contrat breakers shoddy work overbilling

I made a contact with Coles Carpets to install a $10,000 floor covering in my home.

They bid the project wrong and wanted additional money, then finally (almost) finished it shoddily.

My complaints are ignored, even to them admitting they are unprofessional.

I have a conract, they owe me a decent floor. They have only partial payment. It's a waiting game for them. I will win.
