Entered into contract with contractor including deposit money for materials. After mulitple failures on promise start dates and no call backs went to business address to find that location of business was not there.
Was able to obtain location of contractors home and was explained by Dawn of numerous stories including they could not obtain permit to begin work. Contacted Township and found that no permit was ever requested for my property.
They list business address falsely, their last name are different than on contract, and never filed for permit which would show no intention of doing work.
Filing criminal charges and civil.
