Just an FYI for everyone out there
Patio.com, unlike EVERYONE else who sells home furnishings here in Westchester County NY does not allow returns.
Simple... They print in small letters just on the credit card receipt "store refund only"... However, neither the sales slip, not the sales agent let you know that there are no returns... Just a credit
I purchased colored items and came back 30 minutes later saying the $340 item does not match my existing colors... Returns were fine, but they would not credit my card back.
I am out the $340, unless I want the other color, lime green...
Live and learn..
B.T.W. The web site has NO phone number on "Customer Service" and the nice store manager seemed to know in advance that I would never see a refund once I explained my customer dissatisfaction. She gave me the owners name..
After 3 calls over 2 weeks they never did return my call... But i did finally get to share my plight... And learned they needed to money more than my future business.
I'll be back to Pottery Barn and other stores now... Forever...
