Will Not Pay Contractor for Services Rendered

Nationwide Home Warranty will not pay for plumbing repairs made to their clients homes even though an approval number and approved amount for the work was obtained before starting the work. They do not return phone calls or emails about payments. Now their phone system just loops over and over and then disconnects.
