Purchased a Cobra Anchor (wall hook for hanging a painting) from Lowes Home Improvement. Anchor was defective and caused $6215.11 in damage to my home and its contents. Contacted Cobra Anchors who were very nice and said they KNEW they had a defective product and would be happy ro reimburse me for damages. Followed their directions exactly and sent them documentation but NO presponse. I have written three letters and still NO presponse. Today I am out more than $6000 because of a $2 hook. Everyone buys these hooks for their house so there have to be others out there like me. BEWARE! Its seems like such a small thing but it caused a HUGE problem.
