The Mattress Firm is the biggest rip-off there is. I have a king size sealy mattress and it is sagging on both sides 1.5 on the left and 1.75 on the right. I called and notified them of this and they said it would cost me 25. F*cking dollars to have a guy come out to measure the mattress and inspect the box springs. So like a dumb *ss i did. Now the guy that came out was very nice he is an independant company has nothing to do with sealy or the mattress firm except to inspect and give a report. He said that the bed is sagging and that the box springs are like new and said that the bed should be replaced. He sent his report in and after a week or so i get this F*cking letter in the mail i'm sorry but we can not warranty your bed cause of stains. What the f*ck is that everyone sweats. I paid over 1100.00 dollars for the mattress alone and they say they cant warranty is cause of some stains. Stains have nothing to do with it sagginf you bunch of A holes. If i had the money i would sue the sh*t out of this company i am sick and tired of getting screwed by companies. We the customer need to put companies like that out of business for good. If your going to sell a product you need to stand behind it no matter what i am a mechanic and i stand behind everything i do if your not happy with the repair then i will do whatever i have to to make it right. These big companies just don't care anymore and just want your money.
