I bought two of their SUPER SPRAY wands. (They cost twice as much as the other wands in the store.) They have a 10 year free replacement policy if the wands fail within 10 years. After 3 months, the first one failed, and the second one failed about 6 months later.
After the first one failed, I contacted the company through its web site. After about 6 attempts, they said they would mail me a replacement. They didn't.
I emailed them a number of times to enquire about the replacement that they didn't mail to me. I didn't receive a response.
I didn't attempt to get a replacement for the second wand since I had no luck on the first one.
I recently attempted to contact them through their web site, but the contact link failed.
