Have suffered 2 installations of very costly Karastan rug - $35/sq. Yd - that crushed/matted/cornrowed after 10 WEEKS. Mohawk, Karastan's parent organization, has declined for 3 EXTENDED DECADES to take responsibility for this ugly carpet. Mohawk WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR POOR, SECOND RATE ITEM.
They've stonewalled, delayed, overlooked and deflected our grievances. We employed an attorney and submitted case in January. They employed a lawyer, who stonewalled, delayed, overlooked and deflected YOUR lawyer's grievances. He went up large appropriate costs within an try to get us to stop.
After 1 1/2 decades of the nonesense, we ultimately possess a courtroom-requested arbitration day collection for March 17th. A judge may preside within the discussions. We shall ULTIMATELY fulfill our enemy encounter-to-face and, ideally, DRIVE THEM to pay us for that rug, shifting costs, resort remains, and appropriate fees that add up to hundreds.
Want us luck. We have strung inside for such a long time. We've six months togo also it feels as though six DECADES! I do want to make sure they are purchase all the discomfort, disappointment and costs their neglect and deceptive misrepresentation of the item has cost us. We're one of the NOT MANY who've had the endurance and dedication to obtain this much. Do not honk me off 'cause I Will NEVER, ACTUALLY QUIT till I get what's due me.
