Password Issue

I have purchased one Toshiba laptop from office depot and when I try to installing software I was wondering that I didn’t have any administrator right to setup the software, even I can see the specifications for the laptop, so I would appreciate if you send me the password for the office depot user login either let me know the way how can I have the administrator rights.
