I bought item online and they charged my account more than my online receipt showed. I sent email. They advised me to fax receipt to "Sabrina". I did. They lost it. I advised them I have fax verification that it was sent correctly.
Their latest email dated 19 days ago stated they would investigate and respond to me. I have not been contacted since. I've waisted time and sent 5 emails to explain or answer their questions.incredible. They even sent me one email with another person's name in the heading.
