I have reported my card as lost to my bank as I felt this was the only way to stop them taking money out of my account, as it is a weekend they cannot take money out of my account. This what bank advised to do, I have printed off the emails I have sent to cancel all orders and any further subscription out of my account, they also informed there wasn't anyone to talk to as it was the weekend but ring the bank again to explain what has happened. They told to print the emails as they are proof. You all need to explain in your email you want to cancel and was mislead, then explain that you have informed both your bank and police. I also reported to an online website called About fraud and you fill in an online report which gives you a crime number. Reporting your card as lost is the only way to stop them as transactions that try are reported as theft. This also wat I put in my email to them that I reported them as theft to the bank as have not given permission. I too got an email saying it would take 72hrs to get back, don't forget to email both body cleanse and slimtone or you will still get charged
