We purchased a sofa from Jodlbauer's that was deliverd with numerous spots on it. The delivery man went to his truck to get an industrial cleaner to remove them. Upon further inspection of the sofa I found many more spots and what appeared to be a grass stain. I refused the sofa because I believe this was not in satisfactory condition.
We later called the store several different times to get the sofa replaced and was told by 2 seperate employees it could not be replaced because of discontinuation.in both conversations the employees stated we should get a refund. According to the manager this was later denied they ever said that to us.
We have tried to resolve this with a refund with the manager and the owner, Andrew Jodlbauer. I found them both unwilling to listen and was shocked to be told there was never any spots on the sofa, you changed your mind and wanted a different style sofa, you changed your story and can't keep it straight, and that they delivered a satisfactory sofa, my sofa is in there warehouse and to come pick it up, end of conversation!
I have learned they have an "F" rating with the Better Buisness Bureau and will not respond to any complaints filed against them. I would think they would want to defend themselves if they were telling the truth.
