Mr. Smolen was our realtor and was always very forward and suggestive with me and made sexually suggestive comments towards me. My husband and I spoke about it and decided to just let it go. After selling our home I continued to get suggestive text messages from him. I finally had to ask him to knock it off. I also learned that his inappropriate comments and shovenist behavior were common and that he was constantly making inappropriate comments and emailing and texting married co-workers, etc. His actions are going to lead to problems for him for sure.
In a nut shell this guy is a total PIG. Do yourself a favor and hire a different realtor.
