Mariners Cove is an apartment complex that caters to section 8, drug dealing meth lab operators, and homeless people.in the last 6 months that I have lived here, they raised my rent by 100.00, raised the trash bill and now are requiring that I pay a $5.00 per month per vehicle fee to park in my own apartment complex.
Homeless people use the pool and jacuzzi to shower, they use the laundry services as well or dive through the dumpsters daily looking for dinner. Unsupervised rotten children run screaming and vandalizing all over the streets or have protected sex in the pool bathrooms.
I recommend that noone live here. THey rip people off monthly in very nefarious ways. IIf you want your hard earned taxes paying the rent of drug dealing, babys momma's, then this is the place for you!
