Dana Anderson and Anderson Poolworks in Sherwood, OR Ripped us OFF! Dana Anderson (who is a skinny little nerd looking guy) took our deposit Check in June 09 promising to have the pool finished in 12 weeks... 6 months Later and the pool is not finished.
Dana Anderson or his daddy bruce or anyone who works with him is not answering our phone calls, our emails get sent back. They did not maintain our pool after filling, never showed us how to clean it nor give us the cleaning equipment included in the price we paid.
We thought going with what seemed to be a trustworthy family run business with lower prices was the way to go but now we see that you get what you pay for. We got scammed and we do not want to see this happen to another family in Sherwood, OR area!
Now we have to hire another pool company to finish the job! Our pool is leaking water, we got the wrong heater installed and the subcontractor threw taco bell sauce wrappers in our driveway.
