This company is not about repairing or waterproofing basements like their website suggests. They sell hyper-inflated home improvement loans to ghetto, immigrant, and senior homeowners. They use telemarketers to ferret them out and then they find job seekers through on-line ads and disguise them as licensed contractors to soften the homeowner up. Once the bait is tken the the back office will then proceed to sell them a home improvement loan meant to suck the equity out of their home. They will threaten to get a lien against the house when they object to the payments. The home owner will end up paying thousands for a light spackle and re-paint job. Both "estimators" and telemarketers are let go routinely for "lack of productivity" (afterall they were just lead generators anyway) and that's how they keep outsiders from guessing their game plan.
