About 8 months ago I ordered 4 posters from POSTERPASS.com. The total came out to about 8 dollars. A little later I had a charge on my account of about 40 dollars. I immediately called in but it took a while before I could actually speak to a representative. After finally being able to speak to one I advised him that I did not want a subscription, I wanted my money back and to stop any further charges. About 10 days ago I was charged another 79.00 dollars for no reason. Once again I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone who could help me. All I would get was an operator asking me to leave a message and they would call back. Finally I spoke to someone who apologized for the charge. He stated that they had gotten a new system which automatically resubscribed me (How awful is that?) He said the money would be back on my account within 5-7 business days and even sent me an email confirming that. Well, its been about 10 days and still no money. I have tried calling again but guess what??? Yes no answer... AGAIN!!! This service is horrendous to say the least. I will probably file a report with the BBB. Warn everyone you know about this site, and whatever you do dont order anything from there
