There is a reason why Get Rung is not supported by the Better Business Bureau. The simple reason is because of repeated problems with demonstrating deplorable customer service as well as with difficulties with the ordering and delivery of their products.
I am yet another one of those very unfortunate customers who happened across their website and attempted to do business with Get Rung.in my transaction there was absolutely no problem with the Paypal experience. Get Rung received my money and they kept it for 2 weeks before I realized that my items were well over due for delivery. Once I contacted the business about the delays they attempted to blame my negligence during the ordering process.
I was told I did not refresh my browser to see that my items were all of a sudden out of stock. It amazed me that instead of apologizing for glitches in their webpage and inaccuracies in keeping their stock updated online that the owner actually blamed me for the problem. But what made matters worse is that he never recognized how inconvenient this was to me. The delays in delivery cost me dearly. Money can be repaid but time can never be replace. This idea had no consequence to the owner.in fact, one of his 'solutions' was for me to send him more money for items he claims he did have in stock - a typical bait and switch tactic.
Finally I cancelled my order altogether and found a more reliable business online selling equally competitively priced interlocking foam mats with free shipping. I recommend a thorough search before risking your time and dignity with Get Rung. Unfortunately the Get Rung website listed itself early in my search engine.in the end I paid with significant delays to my business. To confirm his contemptuous customer service the owner sent me a final email describing me with an explicative.
Get Rung is certainly the most unprofessional business I have ever associated with. I do not recommend gambling with Get Rung. I am of course looking forward to the rubbish the owner will most likely post below in an attempt to refute his abysmal customer service performance. And yes, the Better Business Bureau thanked me for providing them with further dreadful insight into this business.
