I purchased a crib layette set for my daughter's new baby boy from this company on Sept 21. I noticed they put the incorrect address so I tried calling at the number on the website. All I kept getting was a busy signal and I tried for hours. I kept calling every day and decided to look on the internet to see if i could find another phone number and info about them. I saw hundreds of complaints about this company and since i was getting no ware by phone on Sept 25 i sent them an email to [email protected] which was the address on their website and told them since i could not reach them I wanted to cancell the order and wanted a refund of $163.50. The email came back saying "user mailbox exceeds allowed size". After seeing all the complaints online I am imaging why.

I went to another company since this was gift from us to my daughter and within 2 days she received the crib set. This company I checked out first - i was not going to be burnt again.

I checked with my credit card company and nothing had been charged to my account so far. On November 12 my daughter called me saying a box had just came and there and behold was the crib set. The only name on the box was a company called Simply Styled and no phone number. I looked them up on the internet and found their number and called and told them I wanted this picked up at my daughter;s home for a full refund since I had not heard a word from their company.

They claimed that they emailed me - I never got an email from them and also claimed that Simply Styled was on USA Wallpaper's website since August. Now that is not true because I was going there every day looking for another number to call and i did not see there number anywhere and on the original email i received from USA Wallpaper there was a link to go check my order and when going their I only got info from USA Wallpaper. Now if you go there you see this new company but that had to change from the beginning of November or so.
I told them i wanted a full refund and I was even willing to send the merchandise back but they told me it would cost me $80 for restocking fee and also if i wanted it picked up another $60 for UPS. I told them this was outragious because first i could not get in touch with them and second how do you send something 2mths later without notifying the customer.
They said they would send me an RMA to send it back if i go to a ups office. That is very hard for my daughter to do with 3 little ones and we live in a different state so we cannot do it. As of this date there is no RMA.
I notified my credit card company and put them on notice to dispute this claim.
This company is a fraud and a liar and they need to be removed from the internet so no one else is sucked in this way
