The Dalles Furniture & Sleep Center Lied about the product, would not admit their mistake, and then would not make it right!

I am so dissatisfied, so much for small town dealings!

I bought a box spring for my king sized mattress there. They told me they were the same box springs, just different color fabrics. I got home and realized that one was significantly shorter than the other one (it would ruin my brand new mattress if I used it).

I called and the woman told me that she would not refund my money, or offer a replacement, and basically "too bad, you can buy new ones from us and eat the old ones", THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!

I would NEVER deal with them again for any reason or recommend them at all. Beware!
