Lucas sales rep for Ashley sold me a bed frame and mattress assured me the mattress would fit. First item wrong on delivery is the standard box spring was not compatiable. Ordered low profile a month later when that came still to high apparently the ULTRA low box spring was needed SOMETHING the SALES person should have known. On top of it the mattress is 4 inch shorter in width than the frame. THey sent a technician out who claims that is standard. After speaking with several furniture and mattress stores the most a mattress should be short in width or length is 1 inch. Due to the recommendation of the technician they are refusing a refund or return of the bed for something that will fit my mattress. I guess when I get my foot stuck while getting out of bed and hurt myself and then sue them they will open their eyes. I also got the run around from Corporate Customer care to the store and back and forth. All have refused to help with the situation. Again I was promised by Lucas the sales person it would fit never advising of a 4 inch gap. Also advised it would be taken care of. I have found this not to be true. Don't buy anything from this company. I wouldn't take my chances with them!
