Contractor does fair to good work, never completes a job set out to do. Bumps all original quotes with extra charges for work that should be included but a layman would never know would be left out. (pretty simple, you expect air in your tires when you buy a new set) things like that analogy.
Accuses home owner of theft of tools left on property for long periods of time, when it is full well known that other trades will be on property around these unattended items.
Never completes a job set out to do, there is always something that needs be finished and when called always makes an excuse why he can't make it the day promised. Of course he has all your money at this point because it is collected in stages when he starts a new project.
He should not be licensed, beware of this complaining contractor that he would be grateful to start your job and than screw you in the end and just not show up to finish the job.
File a complaint to the contractor board it will get you no where at all, except a report on toilet paper, by the state of california
