This info comes from two very good friends of mine that lived in one of her buildings. Kristin's ex husband was renting one of the complexes her company represents... He became very good friends with his neighbors, a couple. One day Kristin dropped her ex off at the complex and got it into her head that her ex and the female of the couple were having an affair. So, she told her ex that she would be giving the couple as well as him a 30 day notice... Never mind that the rent was paid up! This is how she does business, I have heard numerous stories regarding her not doing business with a company because she doesn't like someone for personal reasons.
