I have a son that I gave up for adoption in 1989. I am on a couple of adoption sites so he can find me when he is 21. Kristin at findthemnow.org kept contacting me everyday. I told her that it was illegal for me to try and find him right now that I had to wait until he was 21. She told me that she could contact his adoptive parents and ask them if it was ok for me to talk to him.
Kristin was relentless trying to talk me into it. So I thought $100 isn't much to get things going. I should have known better because as soon as she got her money she disappeared. I have not heard from her in a long time. So whatever you do, go to your local P.I. Office because these people will rip you off. I wonder how many people gave her $100? They take advantage of people's emotions and vulnerability. "Kristin" is probably some fat bastard sitting behind a computer sitting in his underwear screwing with people all day on the internet!
