Marksman Homes maintenance department is run by a single old fellow who has been quoted as saying "If I fixed everything I was supposed to fix I wouldn't have a job". Roofs are left to leak for months, damage done by their own contractors is refuted, the list is endless. My advice would be to build with a reputable project home builder with a satisfactory record with maintenance issues - NOT Marksman Homes Wollongong.
