Dont trust him he lies and cheats. He also builds very cheap homes, he skimps wherever he can. He owes everyone in town money inlcuding owing me $20,000.instead of paying his debts he let his past license expire (check licenses here) formed a new building company to avoid paying his huge debts with his girlfriend that he is engaged to. He is not even divorced from his previous wife! He is using all of the same employees from his past building company century cedar and is even using all of the same equipment. He is not an honest person! He had his new girlfriend cheri larson become the owner of his new company to avoid his debts and being sued and he has listed himself as an employee!!! Very clear to see what he is doing here!!! He left his first wife after 25 years of marriage penniless and has kept all the business assests and then some. He left her in a house that was mortgaged to the hilt (his fault). He kicked his wife out of a business they built together. Now he is filing bankruptcy. If you are one of the many, many people or companies he owes money too you need to contest this in bankrupcty court.
