I recently was searching for some hand tools and stumbled across this company known as AC Tool supply inc. I called and left a message. An hour later I was called by some salesman with Ace Industrial saying his name was Chris Mayes. I said I wanted some hand tools and he referred me to Knipex tools. Then he said someone would call me back from Knipex. Another hour later someone named JJ Kaylor called me trying to sell me Knipex tools. I searched online and found out they arent very good and are not even American made. After telling him I wasnt interested I soonafter had another call from another salesman at Ace Industrial. Well need I say more? I decided to buy from instead. Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
