The corporation requires the word "poor contractor" to a different degree. We'd a house constructed by them in 1999 in south Al (they no further possess a workplace in Al). The building quality of the house is poor... Very poor. From day-one we'd distorted surfaces, crooked baseboards, badly mounted vinyl exterior (it is uneven), fingernails supporting from the roof, creaking floors - plus much more. A number of my warranty problems were never solved. These were sluggish about repairing the several items which they did repair; it had been like these were slowing so long as they might so the guarantee might end. They cost rediculous charges for addons... Like 10K to get a garage; 10K to get a revealing backporch. If you should be buying homebuilder, AVOID these folks. I really regret doing busness together. And because I closed the documents (that we was pressed/hurried into before building was total), I am currently caught in a bit of d%#g of the house with no legal option.
