Promoting homes on poor dirt prior to base issues. We purchased a house in Great praire which was a foreclosure. The home was 5 yrs old and had truly poor basis problems. Grand Houses was the contractor plus they state that the building blocks is guaranted for 10 years. What they dont inform people is the fact that is just for that unique household who created the house. They won't return calls. Dont get out of this questionable contractor.
