I put $32,000.00 for a deposit for the purchase of a house with this company and Aaron E. Brown didn't disclose certain things about the house he should have. There's mold and the sellers painted over it. The roof is a patch job. The house is inferior. I asked for my deposit back and he ignored my realtor. So my realtor told me I'd have to get it back myself. Mr. Brown doesn't return phone calls and he was very unprofessional when showing the house. I have no house and no deposit back. I can't believe in this small community he'd be so brazen as to defraud people.
