After 4 years, a number of the timber joists distorted producing the terrace unequal. I named the dog owner, Paul, and requested him to recommend people on the best way to repair the problem. He turned up in an enormous hurry - no introduction - performing really rude - looked over the terrace after which attempted to REFUSE there is any bending, stating that units CAn't be completely also. He ultimately accepted that there is some unevenness but he never offered any suggestions about fix or has he followed-up about the phone... He did not wish to support any issues (which, incidentally, I had been prepared to purchase).
Inadequate business manners. I'd never suggest his organization for almost any work on all - Discover another person who cares about their function and client satisfaction.
