Have been trying for days to schedule maintanence on my eliptical machine. No one answers the phone. EVER!
Last year, I called and got everything done. This year, it seems there is no one to answer the phones. I tried calling as if I was going to purchase an extended warranty (thinking they would be more likely to pick up the phone if they thought they were going to make money), but was still put on hold.
My advice: Never buy this extended warranty from Sears, who I am also not looking favorablly upon either because of this experience.
