We were sent a work order # 602862, March 12 to go to customers house to diagnose that the customer needed a new motor and seal. Due to normal wear and tear. I Susan called NHP to get authorization to replace the motor, seal and labor. NHP declined the work for they did not have a maintance papers on such items. We in turned billed NHP for the labor of the call. As of today, 4 months later, no payment from them. They did not respond to the certified letter we sent them. We would continuously call and get voice mail. Now when you call, all lines are disconnected. I searched the web and found out the latest. They do have a history of denying the claims and a very long time to pay. We would like to collect the $ 140.00 they us.
