Last April we were speaking to Arnold Donszelmann about a holiday trailer, and he asked us where in Calmar we were living and we told him on a corner lot of 50 st & 50 avenue.
Arnold came out to talk us and was interested in our other lot because he was looking for land to place Modular Home's on, and we were very interested in buying a Modular Home because our house is very old and needs much upgrading.
So Arnold showed us many floor plans because my wife is in a wheelchair and completely disabled and we require wider hallway's and wider doorway's and Arnold told us that would be no problem.
So Arnold explained to us that if we port & blended our Mortgage that we could get a Modular Home, so on June 18th Arnold met with us at the BMO Bank and we gave him $ 80,000.00 to be held in trust until we could sell our exciting home and lot and wait for our subdivide to be approved.
So our house is for sale but has never sold as yet, but our subdivide was approved we went to speak to Arnold but it's just one lie after another so we asked if we could get our $ 80,000.00 returned to us so we could do a few repairs on our home.
And Arnold said he does not have it, so we asked him where it is And he told us that we had half a Modular home and he needs another $ 135,000.00 to finish and deliver our home.
So we did some checking on our home and we found out that there is no home of any kind so I guess we have been taken to the cleaners just like the others.
