Ripoff, bought so-called warranty for the product

I called the company about my sewing machine. It all of a sudden stop sewing correctly. I bought a 2 or 3 year warranty with the machine.

I called, she put on hold to find a supervisor, then she said they don't handle calls about repairs anymore, and before I could get the name or phone number she hung up.
