AKA Plantron ripoff stonewalling stalling delay tactics accusing customers of trying to ripoff company by filing false claims Bloomington Illinois

Complained about not receiving ordered items in mid April (April 16). Told to wait one month from the suppossed date of their shipment (April 2nd.) Wait until May 2nd to fill complaint. Called on May 2nd to complain. First person noted that they receive numerous fradulant claims that try to ripoff company, and that this must be investigated. Discussion about procedure and length of time, etc. Person and I both became arguementative.

Asked to speak to Supervisor and told that Supervisor could not help. Called back to give phone number of local postoffice so that the tracking could be done more quickly. Spoke to a sympathetic African American woman by name of Ebony. She said she would process order. Prior conversations on either April 16th or May 2nd involved a person named Cathy.

Called May 16th spoke to male either by name of Bryant or Peter - Told me he noted previous complaints. Asked what happened to order shipment & he told me it was being investigated but he would file another port. Asked what happened to possible shipment being done by Ebony - he could see nothing but noted that she was no longer with the company due to her misleading customers, etc.

Sent various e-mails from 5-22 to 5-29 regarding situation. No reply to email from home; no reply to second e-mail from work. Third email was sent from customer service to order status. Emailed Orderstatus directly regarding the problem. ALSO - E-mailed Orderstatus by way of forwarding reply from customer service about the complaint being sent to orderstatus. Order status made two replies - First. Apology for not responding to prior sent e-mails - this was based on my direct e-mail to them. Second reply indicated that they do not open e-mails with attachments but should put all information in the content of e-mail instead - this was based on the forwarded e-mail reply from customerservice indicating that they would forward my complaint to orderstatus. I copied all information into the text content of a new e-mail and sent it to Orderstatus.

Received a reply letter from Plantron asking me to indicate if I had received items, etc. Wrote on it that not received and that problems with mail delivery, etc.

Called May 29th and asked what was going on - told that my constant caontacts were only causing a delay each time in the investigative process.

Received computer type prinout on June 5th indicating my order shipments, dates of inquiry, etc. Attached was a short form indicating that the have found that it was delivered by post office on 4/9/03 at 1:03 P.M. Bo tracking method or numbers were listed.

Called on June 6th and spoke to a nice person named Sharon who asked her supervisoror what to do about getting the tracking numbers, etc. Told that theycan not get at that information - have to write letter detailing what problem is and request tracking system and numbers etc.

Now have to write letter requesting that tracking system and information number.

Have filed complaints with Postal inspectors about mis-delivery, etc. To nearby Place instead Street (Place is the cul du sac behind Street) This is part of string of problems with the exact same address behind us as Place - where as mine is STREET. There have been confiremed mis-deliveries by post office

Postal people have delivered items to the cul du sac address of PLACE - people told me nothing there for them -mention it to postal person who noted there was a delivery the day before for me. Postal person went left note about retrieving it - I went there that night and was given both note and box.

There is a possibility that items were delivered to wrong site & just kept.

Postal person remembers placing previous items at the Place address thinking it was my house. Never got items.

Have complained to Ban credit card? Debit card and told complaints need to be in writing but usually within 60 days.

With all the time delay, requiremnts for stuff in writing - am feeling that the foot dragging is only a delay tacting so as to be beyond the time of having to return money etc.
