After reading a complaint about SK Plastics, we realized we are not the only ones who have received a defective product from them. We purchased a pool liner from Leisure Living approximately two years previously which was installed in our four-year-old pool. We realized we had lost water and upon further investigation found it was due to a defective seam in the liner. Unfortunately, this caused damage to the pool wall and rails, requiring replacement of the entire pool. SK Plastics refuses to accept responsibility for any of the cost even though their defective product caused it. We tried to handle this matter directly with the company, however, they refused to take any responsibility other than for the liner. We are now in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After spending considerable time and money building a deck around the pool last year, we now have no pool at all. I wonder how many others have had the same experience.
