After paying $175 cash for less than 2 hours of their time i was so upset with the overall job. They rushed through the entire loading process and successfully destroyed my $4000 flat screen, they literally threw my outdoor patio furniture on top of my living room sofa and recliner, and because of that there are now 4 large holes in the middle of my sofa!!!
They took advantage of the opportunity because i was not there to supervise the job, i had a family member there just to keep tabs on my belongings, and they knew it was going to be like that from the time i reserved the particular day. Knowing the owner of the furniture was not going to be there, they knew it was a chance for a quick job and quick money!
When i rec'd the truck the next day and found how my belongings were just throwin into it i about lost it! I called them immediately and the owner had nothing to say! So i asked him to come up with something, anything, i mean these are my prized pocessions, i have nothing else, and its all destroyed!!!
And well here we are, a week later, and i asked him to call me back with any ideas to offset my losses, and nobody has called back, surprise, surprise!
Mason moving would be a great garbage hauler, but as far as moving anything with value, don't even think about using them!!! I can only hope that my experience will not happen to anybody else...
