Oil Chnage Disaster - Oil Change

I took my 2007 Toyota SUV for an oil change. I paid them an extra $5.50 to remove the skid plate to replace oil filter. They broke the bolt and left it in the frame. They refused to fix it and told me it was Toyotas fault. Now I have to take it to Toyota and pay for their mistake. They are inexperienced, rude and told me they do not want to work on SUV's or trucks.
